Tenant Settings is where administrators configure account-wide options for their Weevio Cloud tenant. These pages control internal staff access, permissions, and the platform features available to your organization.
Note:
Tenant Settings controls your internal staff accounts — the people at your business who log in to Weevio Cloud to manage orders, repairs, and inventory. For managing your customers' access to the Customer Portal, see Users & Account Management.
Manage your business locations — addresses, timezones, phone numbers, and per-location PIMS and GSX codes.
Add, edit, and delete Weevio Cloud staff users, assign Admin or Regular permissions, and manage per-user PIMS credentials.
Set the tenant-wide PIMS connection — host, port, and API credentials that every PIMS-backed feature in Weevio Cloud uses.
Configure outbound SMTP credentials for your tenant — including Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and other providers.
