File Upload Limits

Learn about the maximum file size and supported formats for uploads across the Weevio Cloud platform.

Weevio Cloud supports file uploads up to 10 MB per file across all applications, including the admin panel, Customer Portal, and ecommerce integrations.

Supported Upload Types

The following types of files can be uploaded throughout the platform:

Note:

All uploads are limited to 10 MB per file regardless of file type or upload context. If you need to upload a file larger than 10 MB, compress or resize it before uploading.

Image Recommendations

For the best visual quality and fastest load times:

  • Company logos — 500 × 80 pixels, PNG with transparent background. See Branding & Images for detailed instructions.
  • Login backgrounds — 2560 × 1440 pixels for sharp display on high-resolution screens.
  • Product images — Use high-resolution images; they will be automatically optimized for web display.

Troubleshooting

IssueSolution
"File is too large" errorReduce the file to under 10 MB. Use an image compressor or lower the resolution.
"Invalid file type" errorConvert the file to a supported format (PNG or JPEG for images).
Upload fails or times outCheck your internet connection and try again. If the issue persists, contact support.
