Upload and manage your company logo and login background image in the Customer Portal to match your business branding.

Customize your Customer Portal's appearance by uploading a company logo and login background image. These images appear on your portal's login page and throughout the customer experience.

The company logo appears in the header of your Customer Portal. It helps reinforce your brand identity when customers log in and navigate the portal.

Open Company Settings

Navigate to Apps > Customer Portal > Company Settings in the Weevio Cloud admin panel.

Upload your logo

Click the logo upload area and select an image file from your computer, or drag and drop a file into the upload zone.

Verify the upload

Your new logo will appear in the preview area once the upload completes.

Note:

For best results, upload a logo with a transparent background in PNG format at exactly 500×80 pixels. This avoids any automatic resizing.

Login Background Image

The login background image is displayed behind the sign-in form when customers access your portal. A high-quality background image creates a professional first impression.

Open Login Background settings

Navigate to Apps > Customer Portal > Login Background Image in the Weevio Cloud admin panel.

Upload your image

Click the upload area and select an image file, or drag and drop a file into the upload zone.

Verify the upload

The new background image will appear in the preview area once the upload completes.

Note:

For the sharpest display on high-resolution screens, upload an image at exactly 2560×1440 pixels.

Caching & Propagation

After uploading a new logo or background image, it may take up to 24 hours for the change to appear on your live portal due to browser caching. To see changes immediately, try clearing your browser cache or opening the portal in a private/incognito window.

Troubleshooting Upload Errors

If an upload fails, the portal displays a dismissible error message explaining the issue. Here are the common errors and how to resolve them:
